Irlanda del Nord

Infinite sorprese ad ogni angolo, ovunque segni indelebili del passato, l’abbraccio schiumoso del mare e una lunga costa che pare un pizzo. Insomma favolosi paesaggi in perfetto stile irish, con un tocco di atmosfere british… Questa è la bellissima, imprevedibile Irlanda del Nord.

Una storia spesso burrascosa ma incisiva, una cultura profonda e la proverbiale giovialità dei nordirlandesi hanno conferito a questa terra un fascino irresistibile. 

E che dire dei suoi paesaggi? Aspri rilievi, placidi laghi e la selvaggia costa sferzata dal vento e dall’acqua… Una cornice d’eccezione, insomma, per gli sport d’acqua, le escursioni a piedi o in bicicletta, arrampicate e infinite altre attività all’aperto. 

Non mancano nemmeno le occasioni di allenare i muscoli… cerebrali! La cultura qui è uno sport nazionale e si pratica a colpi di festival, sagre gastronomiche, fiere di cavalli, visite a castelli antichi e nobili dimore di campagna, mostre ecc. 

Che aspetti allora? Le sei contee nordirlandesi  Antrim, Armagh, Down, Fermanagh, LondonderryTyrone ti stanno aspettando…
